Rise and Shine
Hot water and half squeezed lemon
Breakfast
1 banana
2 boiled eggs
1 whole wheat toast
Snack 1
1 cup strawberries
1 cup blueberries
Lunch
1 grilled chicken breast (4oz)
1/2 cup noodles
1/2 cup green beans
1/2 cup grapes
Snack 2
1 apple
1 TBSP peanut butter
Dinner
1 grilled chicken breast
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup green beans
Snack 3
1 cup pineapple
