This week has been busy for Erik & I. We had the Newlyweds Alexa & Josh over on Wednesday for dinner. We made fried pickles, fried jalapeños & BBQ chicken stuffed potatoes. We ate and watched the new Spiderman movie! It was a great night!!! Thursday we were with Erik's family at Texas Borders for dinner. Today Chief got to go to work with me and he had a BLAST!! Everyone LOVED him! He got lots of treats from the whole office. I was shocked at how fast the day went and unfortunately it ended badly. Erik's mom, sister, aunt & baby cousin were in an accident. Thank god they were all okay, but the Hummer that his mom drives is completely ruined!!! The woman driving the BMW in the wreck, was rushed to the hospital but is okay, she was just bleeding a lot! A very scary moment for the whole family as you can imagine. Going forward, this weekend should be fun! Erik and I might put up our Christmas tree tomorrow. (finally!) And Sunday we are hoping to go to church to praise god and sing about his everlasting greatness! {Amen!!} I am definitely looking forward to a relaxing pre-thanksgiving weekend!!! I hope your weekend is terrific & very slow!!!! Just remember.....Thanksgiving is almost here!!! Yay!!!
